Buckingham Gate, London

The striking new 257,000 sq ft mixed use building in Victoria was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli. It is a BREEAM Excellent building incorporating a range of environmental technologies. Demand Logic is installed in a number of Land Securities building to enabled collaborative, condition-based maintenance and energy savings.

Buckingham Palace Road, London

Better know as Victoria Coach Station, 172 Buckingham Palace Road is a Art Deco gem in the TfL portfolio. It is the largest coach station in London, originally designed by Wallis, Gilbert & Partners and constructed in 1932. Demand Logic is providing a service to TfL to reduce energy costs across the estate.

California Center, San Francisco

345 California is a LEED® Gold and EnergyStar® Rated, 48 story mixed-use property in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district. The 725-foot tower was completed in 1986. It contains 600,000 square feet of office space and retail space.

Dashwood House, London

Dashwood House is a 1960s office building which underwent a major overhaul in 2009 stripping it back to the core and extending upwards by four floors. It now offers 149,000 sq ft of offices and 8,000 sq ft of retail space. Environmental technology was incorporated into the refit and now Demand Logic has been added as a service to optimise energy performance in-use.

Fenchurch Street, London

Architect Rafael Viñoly turned City office development on its head with the 'Walkie-Talkie' and created this commercially successful 673,600 sq ft office building. This is let to Markel International, Tokio Marine Kiln Insurance, Ascot underwriting, Liberty Mutual and Liberty Syndicates, DWF, CNA, Lancashire, Jane Street Capital, and Allied World Assurance. Demand Logic has aided the commissioning process and will be used for in-use performance monitoring.

Front Street, San Francisco

One Front Street is a 638,000 sq ft, 38 storey tower in San Francisco's financial district. Completed in 1979 this building is under management by JLL. Known for his innovative approach to real estate management, the JLL General Manager has adopted Demand Logic to improve the effectiveness of his engineering team and further hone the operation of this impressive building.

New Change, London

One New Change is a BREEAM Excellent mixed-use development located on Cheapside. It offers 215,100 sq ft of premium shopping and entertainment on three floors, 345,100 sq ft over four floors of offices and a public roof terrace. The development was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel and completed in 2010. Demand Logic is being used by the building management team for condition-based maintenance and energy savings.

New Ludgate, London

Completed in 2015 this BREEAM Excellent landmark building offers 154,856 sq ft of Grade A office space and 24,960 sq ft of retail space. Demand Logic will provide smart commissioning and building optimisation services through our collaboration platform.

Pier Walk, London

TfL has leased this 196,000 sq ft BREEAM Excellent rated office building on the Greenwich peninsula. This building was completed in 2009 by developers Lend Lease & Quintain. Demand Logic is providing our service to a number of buildings in the TfL estate to deliver energy cost savings as part of TfL broader sustainability programme.

Temple Quay, Bristol

Temple Quay is a 147,702 sq ft, 10 storey Grade A office building in the Temple Quay Enterprise Zone. It is a BREEAM 'very good' rated and was completed in 2006. Working with CBRE as the Managing Agents Demand Logic is being used to identify maintenance and energy savings improvements.

The Steward Building, London

The Steward Building is a new 48,249 sq ft office building in Spitalfields. It is a BREEAM Excellent rated building and was completed in 2015. Demand Logic has supported the M&E Engineers, Long & Partners, in the commissioning of this new building. Demand Logic will now be used for ongoing maintenance and energy management.

The Zetter Hotel, London

The Zetter Hotel is a 4 star, 59-room boutique hotel voted one of the world’s ’50 coolest hotels’ by industry bible Conde Nast Traveller. It is the brainchild of Michael Benyan and Mark Sainsbury. Demand Logic is being used to ensure that guests remain as comfortable as possible and energy bills are kept as low as possible.

UCL Cancer Institute: Paul O'Gorman Bldg, Lond

Grimshaw Architects sensitively extended this listed building for UCL to provide a 110,000 sq ft of heavily-serviced research laboratories and teaching space. The RIBA Award winning design incorporating environmental design features was completed in 2007. Demand Logic has been installed across a number of UCL building to improve energy performance.

UCL Pearson Building, London

The Pearson Building and the Slade School of Fine Art form two sides of the Grade 1 Listed quadrangle at the heart of the UCL Campus in central London. Demand Logic has been installed in a number of UCL buildings to improve energy consumption and to reduce operational costs.

Victoria Street, London

123 Victoria Street has undergone a major internal and external transformation to provide 200,100 sq ft of office space for CPA Global, Angel Trains and Intuit, and 28,200 sq ft of high quality retail for Jimmy Choo, Labelux & Bally. The property management team will use Demand Logic to deliver maintenance and energy savings.

Windsor House, Broadway, London

Windsor House is a Grade I listed office building originally designed by Charles Holden and constructed in 1929-31 as the HQ for the Underground Electric Railways Company of London. At the time it was the tallest office block in London and it sits over St. James tube station. Demand Logic has been installed as part of an energy management plan to reduce operational costs across the TfL estate.
