Avison Young partnered with Demand Logic to digitise Brindleyplace's operational data, focusing on the systems and equipment responsible for operational carbon emissions and delivering conditioned air to occupants.
Demand Logic was implemented in Senator House, a newly constructed 110,000 sq ft office building at 85 Queen Victoria Street in London, to identify efficiencies following on from Practical Completion of the property.
Demand Logic provided One Colmore Square with meter & circuit level energy monitoring. Demand Logic's platform presented live usage as well as half-hour, daily, monthly & annual consumption of each energy-using equipment.
Demand Logic's platform insights unveiled opportunities for enhanced operational performance for Smithson Plaza. The site team took preliminary actions to tackle key issues, particularly on after-hours operation of AHUs.
