Demand Logic set to return to the U.S. for CREtech New York 2024
Demand Logic, the leading building optimisation platform, has announced its participation as an exhibitor at CREtech New York 2024 - the world’s premier real estate innovation and sustainability conference. Following a highly successful appearance in 2023, the company is set to showcase its transformative solutions once again.
The event will be held from November 13–14, 2024, at the Javits Center, where Demand Logic’s team will welcome attendees at Booth 316. Delegates will have the opportunity to discover how the platform enables significant cost and energy savings across property portfolios, delivering a return on investment in less than nine months.

The exhibition comes at a pivotal time as the U.S. prepares for tighter regulations around building emissions. New York’s Local Law 97, one of the most ambitious carbon reduction policies in the nation, mandates that buildings over 25,000 square feet comply with new energy efficiency and greenhouse gas emissions limits or face penalties of $268 per ton of emissions exceeding the cap. Stricter measures are set to follow in 2030, underscoring the urgency of implementing sustainable building solutions.
