The Demand Logic story

Our Founders met in a pub, frustrated by the fact that most buildings are broken. They waste energy, cause people discomfort, and need fixing. They thought that this waste of time and money was insane. Joe, Mike and Dan wanted to change the way we run buildings. Make them smarter and easier to manage.

We have over the last few years combined practical experience in building engineering and software development, with gurus in embedded devices and physics. The innovation kindling of a tech start-up. Add in some bright young things willing to think differently about the world, to make it more sustainable, and you have the fire started under an exciting new business.

We are now transforming the way buildings are managed. Simplifying how to measure and improve property performance. Our customers agree and are fanning the flames of our fast-growing business. Using digital intelligence to act. If you share a passion for smart, sustainable buildings and using software technology to change the real estate market then come and have a chat with the Demand Logic team. You’ll always be welcomed at our office in Plexal City, Here East. Going to the pub (downstairs) is still part of what we do.
